We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, the exclusive amenities fully satisfied our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering a massage, facial, and body wrap services. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were clean and inviting. the outdoor swimming pool was large and refreshing, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas readily available on the sun terrace. the entertainment was varied and enjoyable, with live shows and a seasonal outdoor pool. the restaurant had buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner with BBQ facilities and poolside snack bar.
One minor issue we experienced was the language barrier with some staff who did not speak English. It made ordering drinks at the lobby bar challenging at times.

Good food and friendly staff. Also enjoyed the indoor pool.
I did not appreciate the loud music played in the evening, and the gym equipment was not functional. Despite the convenient location, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel could have been better.

The location of the hotel was convenient with a tunnel that connected the main building to the pool and beach area. the breakfast had a wide variety of food and the room was clean with fresh towels provided daily.
The wifi was only available in public areas, and some of the staff had poor English.

The hotel's location was convenient as it was just a short bus ride away from the main center of Side and had a bus fare of only 1 Euro or 3tl from 8am till 12am. There was also a shuttle service to the beach. The staff were nice and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The food was diverse and delicious, catering to both meat and non-meat eaters.
All was good.

The beach is just a short walk away or guests can take the complimentary shuttle service. The food offered is diverse and delicious, with plenty of options for everyone. Housekeeping keeps the rooms clean and comfortable.
The staff's understanding of English could improve. The furniture and decorations in the common areas and rooms are a bit outdated.
